Overtime: what Papiro records
In practice, extra time is what happens after the hours you registered. Without the instant and the context, the dossier cannot show the day.
What counts as extra
Papiro does not replace the company clock. It stores what you mark when the day runs past the saved shift. Time, timezone and, if allowed, the device location go into the event. That works for employees and for contractors with a fixed routine.
How not to lose the day
Save when the shift ends. When it runs past that, clock the extra. If you forget, use a later mark with a reason. Attach a screenshot, photo or file if it explains that moment.
What Papiro delivers
Each mark carries date, time and a device id. Files get a hash. The dossier gathers that for counsel. Without a record on the day, the extra cannot be rebuilt with the same strength later.
